Choose A Package

At AmiWho we know that each business is different and has different needs, therefore we can tailor a Virtual Assistant Package to suit your business.

Most of our clients prefer our fixed fee package, this is a certain number of hours (usually 10 or 20 hours) that can be utilised by your business as required. These are pre-paid packages that are valid for 12 months.

We discuss how long we think that the package should last, for example:

5 hours per week / 1 hour per day a 20 hour fixed price package should last 4 weeks.

Time is logged in 15-minute increments so that no time is wasted, any time not utilised that week carries over to the next.

We can let you know when we are close to the end of the package hours before invoicing you for the next package.

Executive Package - set daily or weekly hours

This package is for businesses or professionals that need daily assistance, the set daily time can be as little as 15 minutes.

Month End Package - end of month assistance or set monthly hours

This package is for businesses that get swamped at the end of or the start of the month

Start-Up Package - one-off set up of small business systems

This package is for new businesses that need help getting their systems in place to streamline and automate (where possible) all of the programs and procedures that their business needs to run smoothly

What to expect from AmiWho Virtual Administration Business Services

We will ask you a series of questions about you and your business to establish what your virtual assistant needs are, how many hours you think you will need to complete the tasks set, how we can best utilise our time for your business, which package will suit your business needs. 

We can work regular monthly, weekly or daily hours to suit your business needs, or as a one-off to get things sorted. 

All time spent working in your business is logged and sent through to you weekly or when you have utilised your package hours, whichever you prefer. 

Our assistants are highly experienced in a multitude of programs, software and applications, they are adaptable to your procedures. We will write up a procedure manual for your business, that way if you later chose to hire an employee in our place, the handover is smooth sailing.

A Virtual Assistant is an office administration professional that works from the comfort of their own home. Our team are sole traders, carrying their own ABN who assist a number of different professionals and businesses.

A Virtual Assistant does the majority of things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but they’re never in your office. Many companies have, over time, have changed to paperless and the majority of work is sent out via email and stored electronically. With new technology that allows us to sign digitally, documents were back in a flash.

When you first contact us (whether by phone or email), we’ll ask questions about you, your business and establish your needs. We’ll discuss how many hours you may need to ensure all your admin tasks get done proficiently.

Taking on a Virtual Assistant is like employing a new team member, so you’ll need to spend some time coaching your Virtual Assistant in how you like your work completed. For example, a finance client would need to discuss how their reports need to be presented. This may be as simple as sending over an example with instructions, or an in-depth phone conversation. You might find you spend around an hour or so on coaching, and then provide feedback moving forward.

All our Virtual Assistants have vast experience in EA/PA roles and are super-fast learners so don’t be surprised if they catch on faster than you expect!

Our VA’s work to their own timetable and we can discuss your needs with them to find the right fit.

We do request at least 2 days notice for upcoming projects. As we do have several other clients we need to give everyone the best possible service. We will do our best to assist with urgent projects. Depending on the urgency and if we need to work during our personal time these tasks may be charged at the full rate but will be discussed with you prior to commencement.

The use of Dropbox, Suite Files or Google Drive allows us to work on these files in real-time. There is no need to send files via email and there will be no chance of duplicate documents. It works just like a normal server, just in the cloud.

A lot of our clients are already in the cloud and use services such as Office365 or other online mail servers and Google Apps for their email, contacts and calendar. If you aren’t set up in the cloud and would like to be, we can certainly offer this service for you. Or, we can recommend someone that can help.

Yes – this is part of our Service Agreement. It protects you and us and is a benefit for all parties.

We invoice depending on which package you choose, if you purchase a fixed fee package, we request that the money reaches our account before we commence work with you.

We have a strict 7-day payment term. If payment is not received within 7 days, you may have your services suspended.

Direct deposit into the AmiWho bank account. All the payment details you need will be on your invoice.
